Welcome to the White Hart at Fyfield, Oxfordshire...

Where you can enjoy award-winning food, fine wines and local real ales, all under the soaring eaves of a 15th Century Chantry House...

Mark and Kay Chandler welcome you to the White Hart, their beautiful country pub and restaurant, set in the picturesque village of Fyfield, just 7 miles from the city of Oxford. Housing one of the most stunning interiors of any dining establishment, customers can choose to eat under the soaring eaves of the great hall, up high in the minstrel's gallery or in the cosy bar by the fire. On sunny days, the patio terrace delights.

The White Hart has held two rosettes for culinary excellence for 8 years running and the quality of ingredients is at the heart of their ethos. Cooking is modern British and produce is sourced from local farms and suppliers, including the White Hart’s own kitchen garden. This not only ensures ingredients are fresh and seasonal but also supports the local community and reduces their carbon footprint.

Accolades are plentiful and richly deserved. As well as entries in the Good Food and Michelin Guides, the White Hart was voted one of the Top 100 Restaurants by the Telegraph, Top 50 Gastropubs by a recent industry poll and more recently was crowned Best Gastropub and Restaurant of the Year at the Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards 2015.
