Since arriving at the White Hart in 2005, Mark and Kay Chandler have brought about dramatic changes to restore this beautiful hostelry to its 15th century former glory. They love what they do. This is evident in every aspect of a visit to the White Hart, from the delicious food to the welcoming service. Everything is done with care, thought and passion.

We only prepare and serve to you the very best food and drink, sourced mainly from local farms, suppliers and our lovingly tended kitchen garden. Everything is freshly prepared at the White Hart, by Mark and his team of chefs. This ethos ensures food is fresh and seasonal and keeps our carbon footprint low.
