Starters
- Jerusalem artichoke soup, homemade bread
- Roasted spiced pear, Stinking Bishop, hazelnut shortbread, Perry reduction
- Home-cured salmon gravadlax, marinated cucumber salad
- Duck rillette, parsley, caper and shallot salad, toast
Mains
- Pan-fried pheasant breast, honey and cumin roast parsnips, parsnip puree, chestnut sauce (Pheasant can be replaced by turkey (with all the trimmings) as an option – please note we cannot offer both)
- Pollock fillet, tomato and caper vinaigrette, saffron gnocchi, fresh basil
- Slow-roasted belly of Kelmscott pork, baby spinach, carrots, crackling, cider jus
- Stir fry of Brussel sprouts, marinated tofu, wild mushrooms, coriander and sesame
Puddings
- Spiced roast figs, goat's cheese ice cream
- Sticky ginger pudding, ginger wine and brandy sauce, stem ginger ice cream
- Chocolate tart, honey crème fraîche
- British cheese, oat biscuits, quince
