The White Hart bar is welcoming, warm and friendly, with a huge inglenook fireplace at its centre and low beamed ceiling. In the summer months, the terrace and gardens also make an ideal spot to enjoy an aperitif before dining or simply a drink with friends.
Wine
Our wine list is interesting and varied and is constantly evolving. We stock several “Wines of the month”, which allow customers to try something a bit different. With over 50 wines and champagnes on the list, 10 of which are sold by the glass, there is something for everyone’s taste and budget.
If you have particular preferences which you do not see on the list, we are happy to get them in for you – as a one off, or on a regular basis.
Beer
We are a genuine free house and stock a good range of cask-conditioned real ales from independent breweries, both local and further afield. We always have a Hook Norton brew but the other real ales change each time a barrel is finished, so there is always a different beer to try!
Beer festivals are held twice a year (Mayday bank holiday weekend and August bank holiday weekend – see our Events page for further details).
