Bar Manager Freddie has created a delicious recipe for you to enjoy over the festive season...

We like to support local and use the Cotswold Distillery products but substitutions will work just as well eg Baileys can be substituted for Cotswold Cream.

Ingredients (serves 2)

50ml Cotswold Cream 

50ml Cotswold Single Malt Whiskey

50ml Kings Ginger liqueur

50ml Cream

20ml Sugar syrup

6 Dash angostura bitters

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Chocolate bitters (to garnish)


To Serve:

Add all the ingredients (apart from the chocolate bitters) into a cocktail shaker and top up with ice. Shake well until the ingredients are blended and chilled. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Add 3 dots of chocolate bitters through the centre of the coupe to garnish, strike through the bitters with a cocktail stick for a heart pattern.

Sit back and enjoy!
