Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only. 

Starter

Courgette soup, toasted pinenut and courgette salsa, homemade bread 

Goats cheese mousse, roasted figs from Mark’s tree, goats cheese bonbon, fresh honeycomb

Kelmscott ham hock and Oxford vintage cheddar terrine, piccalilli, toasted sourdough crouton, pickles

Wood Brother's cured salmon,citrus and dill crust, compressed cucumber, crispy capers, crème fraiche

Main

Roast sirloin of dry-aged beef, Yorkshire pudding, garden vegetables, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, red wine jus

Pan roasted lemon sole, crispy mussels, samphire, shallot, garlic, Pernod and white wine sauce, sea purslane, chive oil, pomme purée 

Celeriac fondant, hazelnut and thyme crumb, celery, apple, truffle and oat beurre blanc

12 hour slow cooked belly of Kelmscott pork, roast potatoes, apple, celeriac, crackling, cider jus

Pudding

Dark chocolate crémeux, burnt white chocolate crumb, toasted hazelnut, salted caramel ice cream, Maldon salt        

Iced coconut parfait, rum, spiced pineapple, yuzu curd, sesame tuille and mango sorbet

Sticky toffee pudding, warm toffee sauce, praline tuille, vanilla ice cream

Spenwood – hard sheep’s cheese, with red grape chutney

Sinodun Hill - soft goat’s cheese, with quince

Shropshire Blue – semi hard blue cow’s milk, with apple and vanilla chutney
