SUNDAY LUNCH MENU (SAMPLE)

Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only. 

Starter

White onion soup, parmesan and chive scones

White Hart smoked salmon, citrus fennel, pickled cucumber, lemon curd, watercress 

Chicken and duck liver parfait, fig chutney, soda bread

Jerusalem artichoke salad, lemon, cashew nut purée, pickled pear radicchio

Beetroot and goats cheese roulade, orange, hazelnut dressing

Main

Roast dry-aged rump of beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream

Roast chicken, sage and onion stuffing, Yorkshire pudding

Red lentil and pearl barley nut roast, Yorkshire pudding, onion gravy (vegan)

All roasts are served with a side of cauliflower cheese, braised red cabbage, braised carrot and broccoli, beef fat roast potatoes, red wine jus​

​Slow cooked Kelmscott pork belly, celeriac purée, toffee apple, carrot, crackling, cider jus

Poached cod, spinach, clam and shrimp chowder, seaweed cracker

Wild mushroom and shallot tart, poached egg, watercress and truffle pecorino salad

Pudding

Sticky toffee pudding, warm toffee sauce, praline tuile, vanilla ice cream

Vanilla and cherry cheesecake, almond and cherry arctic roll, cherry macaron

Pineapple Tatin, rum caramel, lime ice cream
