Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only. 

Starter

Wild garlic soup, poached egg, wild garlic focaccia

Chargrilled local asparagus, crispy hen's egg, Kelmscott Coppa, truffle hollandaise

Home-cured salmon gravadlax, pickled cucumber, dill 

Chicken and duck liver parfait, apple and vanilla chutney, granary toast

Salt and pepper squid, lime and sriracha mayonnaise

Main

Roast rump of local beef, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, braised red cabbage, carrot, garden greens, beef dripping roast potatoes, red wine jus

Slow cooked Kelmscott pork belly, celeriac purée, apple, carrot, crackling, cider jus
