SUNDAY LUNCH MENU (SAMPLE)

Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only. 

Starter

Asparagus soup, homemade bread

Chicken terrine, pickled lemon, smoked almond, crispy chicken skin  

Charred asparagus, crispy quails egg, hay smoked mayonnaise, parmesan, Appleton wild garlic oil
Citrus cured sea trout, wasabi aioli, pickled cucumber, torched grapefruit 

Main

Roast dry-aged sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, buttered kale, red wine jus

Pan roasted chicken supreme, pork and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, garden greens, chicken gravy

(Both our beef and chicken roasts are served with cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash and seasonal vegetables from our garden)​

Tempura courgette flower, ricotta, basil, pine nut, summer vegetables, pea purée, basil gnocchi 

12 hour slow cooked Kelmscott pork belly, celeriac puree, toffee apple, carrot, crackling, cider jus
Grilled cod, crushed Jersey Royals, Swiss chard, caper lemon and chive butter sauce

Pudding

Rhubarb and ginger cheesecake, arctic roll, doughnut, poached rhubarb​

White chocolate custard and strawberry tart, strawberry ice cream

Elderflower baked Alaska, raspberries

Sticky toffee pudding, warm toffee sauce, praline tuile, vanilla ice cream

British cheeses with crackers and accompaniments (3 cheeses-£3 extra)​
