Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only.

Roast sirloin of dry-aged beef, Yorkshire pudding, garden vegetables, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, red wine jus

Tempura courgette flower stuffed with ricotta, mint and toasted pine nuts, herb gnocchi, summer vegetables, pea puree

Roast fillet of hake, saffron potatoes, tomatoes, samphire, chorizo, capers, courgettes, herb oil

12 hour slow cooked belly of Kelmscott pork, roast potatoes, apple, celeriac, crackling, cider jus
