If you are looking for function venues in Oxfordshire, then look no further than The White Hart. Owing to the unique layout we can cater for a variety of functions, from small intimate dinner parties to weddings, larger celebrations and business meetings.

Whatever your occasion, if you are looking for FLOWERS, then we can recommend our local florist: Flower Workshop. and if you are looking for a PHOTOGRAPHER, then we can recommend Maciek, a superb local photographer.

WEDDINGS

Exceeding Expectations

We would be delighted to host your wedding reception, whether it is a small intimate gathering in our Chantry Room or a larger party taking exclusive use of the whole venue (maximum number of guests for a sit down meal is 64). We do not have a formal wedding pack because we believe that each wedding is individual and should be designed to suit your requirements.
From the minute you first enquire, to the moment you leave, Kay and her charming team will ensure that you have a fantastic stress-free day, which you will remember happily for the rest of your lives.

BUSINESS MEETINGS

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We have a number of private rooms which can be hired for business meetings; the Minstrel’s Gallery can seat up to 14; the Chantry Room can seat up to 30; and the Cellar Room can seat up to 10. The cost is: Full day £120; Half day £90, plus £9 per person. This price includes, tea, coffee, biscuits and the use of a flip chart, paper and pens. Prices are conditional on the group having lunch or dinner. Wireless internet access is available.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one and organising a funeral reception can be a difficult time. At the White Hart, we understand this and aim to make the planning as easy and stress free as possible for you. Situated on the outskirts of Oxford, the White Hart is easily accessible from all major transport routes and has a large complimentary car park.

We can offer different styles of reception and can help you choose the menu option to suit your requirements, thinking about the time of the service and the distance guests have to travel. You may want afternoon tea or a sit down lunch or possibly a more informal canapè reception? Please contact us to see how we can best help you.

Whether you want a dinner party for 8 in our minstrel’s gallery or a birthday party of 30 in our Chantry Room, we can organise and host your function. For parties of 8 or more, we may offer you a seasonal party menu (and possibly require a pre-order depending on the number of guests and the day you are joining us) to ensure that we deliver the best possible service and quality to our guests.
