RECIPE:
BERGAMOT SPRITZ COCKTAIL
Dangerously refreshing and delicious, this cocktail is light and elegant with a sophisticated twist!
Ingredients (serves 1)
30ml Gin (we use Wood Brothers but any London dry is fine)
30ml Italicus Bergamot liqueur (available in supermarkets)
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Agave syrup
60ml Prosecco
Soda water (to top up with)
Garnish:
We use a dehydrated grapefruit slice (optional)
Recipe
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a wine glass. Stir gently to combine. Add ice. Sit back and enjoy!
Top Tip:
This cocktail is perfectly balanced (of course!) - however, I prefer my cocktails with less sweetness, so I add less of the agave syrup - if you feel the same, then you can add the agave to taste.
