Our wonderful bartender and mixologist, Sam, has designed some delicious cocktails for you to try at home during lockdown. Unwind after a tough week with our gin-based Fyfield 75!

Recipe

Juice the lemon and pour into a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, ginger wine, sugar and ice. Shake until the sugar is dissolved, strain and pour into a flute. Top up with bubbly.

To Garnish:

Garnish with lemon peel and enjoy!
