We know lots of you have made elderflower cordial using our special RECIPE before and we have had lots of amazing feedback, so we thought it would be nice to share a seasonal elderflower pudding with you. This is quick and easy and one of my absolute favourites!

Ingredients (serves 6)

100ml White Hart elderflower cordial

100g Caster sugar

600ml Double cream

1 lemon, zest and juice


Garnish (optional):

Summer fruits (You can use any but strawberries are our favourite)

10ml White Hart elderflower cordial


Place the cream, sugar, lemon zest and juice into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer to dissolve the sugar.

Once the sugar is dissolved, boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the elderflower cordial. Pour into a glass and chill for approximately 2-3 hours.

To Serve:

We serve ours with strawberries drizzled in elderflower cordial.
